TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR SERVICE

Credit card details must be provided when making a reservation in order to secure the booking. Card will not be charged unless requested by customer, or less than a 2-hour notice by phone or 24-hour notice by email is given for a cancellation. Payment to be made with the driver on the day.
A no contact with customer (No Show) will result in the full amount of the journey to be charged.
All credit cards carry a 10% processing charge, as in the taxis. (Cab charge).
A $3.00 - $12.00 parking fee applies from the domestic terminal for airport pick up.
A $12 parking fee applies for pick-ups from the international terminal.
A 20% surcharge applies for pick-ups between 11:00pm and 5:00am (Similar to taxis).
Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in an additional charge.
A $10.00 fee per baby seat, booster and/or capsule applies.
Different prices apply for large special events/days such as AFL Grand Final, Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival (Melbourne Cup), Christmas Day, New Years Eve, etc. (ask for a quote)
Waiting time past the requested booked time will be charged at $16.50 per 15 minute segments.(eg. 20 minutes will be charged $33).
